Where are your products made?
All of our products are proudly designed and handcrafted in Norfolk, UK by the L V Bespoke team.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality raw steel for our garden products. This is designed to naturally weather over time, developing a beautiful rustic patina that blends seamlessly into outdoor spaces.
Will my product rust?
Yes – and that’s part of the charm. Our steel products are made to rust naturally, creating a unique finish that evolves with your garden.
Do you offer bespoke designs?
Absolutely. As our name suggests, we specialise in creating bespoke pieces. If you have a project in mind, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for production and delivery. If you need something sooner, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! Please email your specific requirements to: info@lvbespoke.co.uk. For trade enquiries outside the UK, please contact.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes – we supply to retailers, garden centres, and lifestyle stores, and can offer discounts on bundle or bulk orders.
Are your designs protected?
Yes. All designs are the original work of L V Bespoke® and are protected under copyright. L V Bespoke® is a registered UK trademark.
How do I care for my product?
Our products are low-maintenance. Simply position them in your garden and let them age naturally. No special treatments are required.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Standard products may be returned within 28 days in unused condition for a refund or exchange. Please note: bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
